# What whitelabel is

> Run Dialtu under your own brand, with a separate workspace for each of your clients

Whitelabel turns your Dialtu account into a platform of your own. You get your own branding,
your own login page, your own pricing — and a separate **organization** for each client you
serve.

By the end of this page you'll understand the two levels you're working with, what's kept
apart between them, and what's shared.

## The two levels

    branding, your phone numbers.

  <Card title="An organization" icon="building">
    One client. Its own users, its own plan, its own credit allowance, its own data.
  </Card>
</Columns>

Your own workspace behaves like an organization in most respects — it's where your own agents,
conversations and contacts live — but it's the one place the Organizations menu is visible.

<Note>
  Becoming a whitelabel partner is **not self-serve**. Dialtu sets it up for you: your own
  database, your own login page, and your branding. Talk to your Dialtu contact to get started.

  Once you're set up, **creating organizations is entirely your own** — no request needed.
</Note>

## What's separated

Each organization's data is separated **by the database itself**, not by filtering in the app.
Contacts, conversations, calls, agents, pipelines, phone numbers and users belonging to one
organization are invisible from another.

<Check>
  A client of yours cannot see another client. They can't see you, either — and they never see
  that Dialtu is underneath.
</Check>

As the partner, you see **metadata** across your organizations: name, plan, credit balance,
status, members, and pool activity. You don't get a combined inbox or a cross-organization
call list.

<Tip>
  You can still **open an organization's workspace** and work inside it — you're a member of
  every organization you create. It's a deliberate switch, not a shared view.
</Tip>

## What's shared

Three things cross the boundary, and each surprises people:

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Concurrent calls are one pool for everyone" icon="phone">
    Your Dialtu plan sets a ceiling on simultaneous calls, and **every organization draws from
    it**, plus your own workspace.

    Per-organization limits are sub-limits *within* that ceiling, and you're allowed to
    oversubscribe them deliberately. Setting four organizations to 10 concurrent calls each
    does **not** give you 40 lines.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Credits come from one prepaid pool" icon="coins">
    You hold a single pool. Each organization gets an allowance — a spending ceiling — and the
    pool is only drawn down as they actually consume.

    See [Credits and the shared pool](/en/organizations/credits).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Phone numbers live in your pool" icon="hashtag">
    Numbers belong to you and are assigned to an organization, or pulled back. Deleting an
    organization does not release its number.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Where everything lives

| Members of one organization | The **Manage users** action on its row |

The Organizations page has four tabs: **Organizations**, **Pool & Credits**, **Billing Plans**
and **Phones**.

<Note>
  The menu is only visible from your own workspace, and only with the right permissions. People
  inside an organization never see it — or the Customization settings.

## A note on wording

You may still see the word **subtenant** in a few places — error messages, some toasts, the odd
tooltip. It's the old internal name for the same thing. Wherever you see it, read
**organization**.
