The pipeline team
First define who can receive leads: in the pipeline settings, the team section lists the members. Each one has a weight, used only by the weighted strategy.Strategies
When assignment happens
It also assigns on re-entry for a customer who had left, and when adding customers in bulk from the board.Overriding per input node
Each input node can have its own strategy and its own pool of people, via Assignment override and Team assignment. This is useful when leads from different sources should go to different teams — for example, WhatsApp leads to the support team and API leads to the sales team.Assigning by hand
From the customer’s card, the owner avatar opens a menu with Assign to me, Assign, Unassign, and a member search. The board can also be filtered by owner with Filter by assignee, including the Unassigned option — the best way to spot orphaned leads.A member’s auto-assign toggle only affects the manual picker. A member with auto-assign
turned off disappears from the manual assignment dropdown, but automatic assignment can
still give them leads. If you need to genuinely take someone out of the rotation, mark them
inactive in the pipeline team.
