Once an account is connected, its numbers appear under Settings → WhatsApp Business. This is where you check a number’s health and edit the business card your customers see in chat.

Open a connected account to see its Phone Numbers table.
A number sitting at Pending hasn’t finished registering with Meta yet. That’s normal for a few minutes after connecting — see Troubleshooting if it stays there.

About the quality rating

Quality is Meta’s judgement, not Dialtu’s. It reflects how recipients have reacted to your messages — blocks and “report” taps push it down, engagement holds it up.
Quality is worth watching. A number that falls to Low can have its messaging limits cut by Meta, and repeated problems can get it restricted. If it drops, look at what you’re sending and to whom before sending more.
Showing Unknown usually just means the number is too new for Meta to have rated it.

Editing the business profile

Edit Profile on any row opens Edit Phone Profile — the details customers see when they tap your business name in WhatsApp. Profile picture: PNG, JPEG or WebP, under 5 MB. You can upload a file directly, or paste a publicly reachable URL for Meta to fetch.
About is the line most customers actually read — it sits right under your name in the chat header. Keep it to what you do and when you reply.
Profile changes go to Meta, so they can take a moment to appear for customers. The fields belong to the number, not to Dialtu — the same profile shows wherever that number is used.

A WhatsApp Business Account can hold several numbers. Add Phone Number on the account starts the same Meta flow you used to connect the first one.

Disconnecting

Disconnect on an account unlinks it from Dialtu. Where you have more than one account connected, it only affects the one you chose — the others keep working.
Disconnecting stops messages flowing to your agents. Existing conversations stay in Dialtu, but nothing new arrives on that number until it’s connected again.
